Insomnia Group

Do you have difficulty falling and/or staying asleep at night?  Are you kept up with worries of the repercussions of a poor night of sleep?  Or perhaps interested in reducing or eliminating your use of sleeping pills?  A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) group may be right for you.

CBTI is a highly effective treatment that is more effective than sleeping pills and the majority of people who complete it experience significant improvements in their sleep.  The group offered at Bloomfield Psychology is a five-session intervention that teaches strategies to improve sleep such as changing thoughts and behaviors, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle adjustments.

NEW 2024 dates (please note that they are not all consecutive weeks):

April 17, April 24, May 1, May 15, May 29

Group is from 12:00-1:15 p.m. MST and is offered virtually via a telehealth platform.

If these dates do not work for you, please join the wait list to be notified of future ones.

 Cost: $75/session
