What issues do you help with?
2
We work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting issues, eating disorders, trauma, and much more. Therapy is tailored to your specific goals, whether that’s managing symptoms, improving relationships, or building long-term resilience. Both! We offer in-person sessions for clients located in Colorado and secure online therapy for those elsewhere or who prefer it. Virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions and offers added flexibility.
